GVG's 2nd Annual Jewelry Show
New work by our contemporary jewelry artists will be featured over an extended
Memorial Day weekend Jewelry Exhibition, our 2nd annual event! Jewelry artists
include Santa Fe's Jane Salley, Milly Haeuptle from Flagstaff, Arizona, Janice
Lee Ripley from San Francisco, and - new to the gallery - Carla Pennie from Santa Fe.
Each artist has a unique and creative approach to the art of jewelry making.
Please join GVG for a wonderful celebration of creativity you can wear!

FLOOD new paintings by Nicolas Gadbois
Based on real phenomena like actual city and village sites, Gadbois creates a unique
visual language that combines architectural purpose with natural forms of alluvial flow.
"Flood" refers to Gadbois' process in making this work, which explores patterns that
result from human mark making on the land, the effects of time, and human transience.
Dramatic large works will fill the gallery. Please join us for a reception with the artist
on June 24th, from 5 until 7 pm.

Joella Jean Mahoney in Residence at GVG
Acclaimed Arizona painter Joella Jean Mahoney will be painting in the gallery during
the week of July 11th through the 16th! Joella will give a short talk about her work
on Friday evening, July 15th starting about 5 pm. Please join us for a wonderful
opportunity to meet an extraordinary person!

Creature Feature
An invitational exhibition featuring monsters, super heroes and various interpretations
of "creature," by GVG gallery artists and other creative creatures!
Reception October 14th, 5 to 7 pm, followed by the Canyon Road Paint Out on Saturday,
October 15th. GVG is featuring creature designer Robert Michael Siracusa in our courtyard.
